As an Integrative Wellness Life Coach, I can help you gain insight in to your Personal Purpose, help you with accountability, provide alternate perspectives, create an Action Plan, enhance communication skills, increase self-esteem, develop your goals and help you achieve balance in your 4 body elements: Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual

Digital Life Coaching allows you access to a life coach on your terms, and when it is most convenient for you, no matter where you are in the world.  If you have access to email, I can be your wellness coach!

Coaching is not one-size fits all, and will be tailored specifically to you, your lifestyle and your goals.  Coaching ranges from a single KICKSTART Session to weekly Wellness Sessions to our 12 week Ultimate Transformation package.

Ultimate Transformation Package

Kickstart Session: A single Digital Life Coaching Session - this option is best suited for someone who just needs a little direction and a little push in order to complete a goal or make that first step. Once going, this person will be able to complete their task without follow-up sessions. Kickstart Session includes a brief discussion of yourself, your background, your primary goals, and your strengths and weaknesses. Based on the information obtained, a brief Action Plan will be tailored to 1 or 2 of your main goals.


Wellness Package: a 8-pack of sessions to be used once a week for 8 weeks. The Wellness Package includes an in-depth discussion of yourself, your background, your long-term and short-term goals, and your strengths and weaknesses. Based on the information obtained, the coach will work with you to develop a complete Action Plan, and empower you with the tools needed to succeed.  Weekly check-in sessions will assess your ability to implement the Action Plan and allow for modifications to be made as needed. At the end of the Wellness Package, you can purchase additional Add-On Wellness Sessions for check-in sessions with the coach on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. 


Add-On Wellness Sessions: Once you have completed the Weekly Wellness Package, you may purchase additional Wellness Check-In Sessions with the coach. These sessions can be used once a week, every other week, or on a monthly basis. It is recommended to check-in with your coach at least once a month to allow for your coach to stay up to date with your current lifestyle, celebrate your accomplishments, help re-direct you (when needed) toward achieving your goals, and to help you make adjustments to your Action Plan as you progress.
